Charles E. Cunningham
Pastor
Pastor C.E. Cunningham has proclaimed the gospel for 47 years. He was the overseer of Larkin Memorial I.M.E. for 1 year then moved on to pastor Golden Gate Baptist Church for 21 years. In 2000 he was called to St. John Missionary Baptist Church and the 2 churches merged under his leadership.

Pastor C.E. Cunningham' s academic preparation includes being a graduate of Prairie View A&M University where he majored in Geography. He also attended University of Texas in Arlington where he received a Certificate in Physical Education. He is currently enjoying a 44-year tenure as a Physical Education Instructor with the Fort Worth ISD where he has held this position at the same school for 36 years. In addition, he is currently a funeral attendant with Morris Bates/Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Homes with tenure of 35 years. Pastor Cunningham attended Tisdale Seminary and Texas Bible Institute where he received his Doctorate of Divinity.

Pastor C.E. Cunningham’s affiliations include the National Education Association, TAHPERD - Texas Association Health Physical Education Recreation Dance, Texas State Teachers Association, and Fort Worth Teacher Association.

Pastor Cunningham is the proud son of the late Ernest and Lucille Cunningham. He currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Debra Cunningham, he is the father to five and the grandfather to eight.
Debra Cunningham
First Lady
Lady Cunningham was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.Mrs. Cunningham is a graduate of Harris College of Nursing TCU .She is also a FWISD graduate. She has worked in hospitals, clinics and home health prior to becoming employed with FWISD Health Services for over 30 years. She has been a certified nurse aide instructor with FWISD Adult Education Programs , along with being the owner of
Roham Medical Careers, LLP. She is presently an independent Nurse Consultant and CNA Program Director for a high school innovative training academy.
She is a wife, proud mother of five and grandmother of eight. She honors greatly and partners with her husband in ministry work.
Mrs. Cunningham loves to travel, share her life’s lessons with her daughters by having girls night out regularly. Her main objective is to empower young ladies and women that are interested in pursuing a career in the medical field .
Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

A passionate speaker and an inspirational spiritual guide, Julius Sneed plays a vital part of our church. He is especially attuned to connecting with youth and new members, helping them find their place in our congregation.

Tony Reed

Tony Reed is responsible for encouraging and maintaining our church’s culture by being an active leader in our ever-growing community. He truly believes Strong Faith, Strong Finish Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.

Curtis Sneed is dedicated to the uplifting, education and enrichment of our youth. He takes pride in helping our youth find their path.
Carla Cooke
Evangelist
Carla Cooke an awesome and powerful women of God is responsible for encouraging and coordinating women's ministry and outreach activities in our ever-growing community. She plays a crucial role in the spiritual life at St John MBC Temple of Praise. Evangelist Cook is a prayer warrior who believes when you pray God listens, when you listen God talks, when you believe God works. Faith is trusting God even when you don't understand His plan. 2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Glorianna Reed
Evangelist
Glorianna Reed plays a vital role in the uplifting of God's Kingdom. Her favorite quote "Your wings have always existed! All you have to do is fly!! "is a symbol of the praise she has in her heart. Jeremiah 3:25 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
